AQUEOUS PARTNERS, INC. dba LIQUID TAX RELEASE AGREEMENT
The undersigned does hereby fully, irrevocably and unconditionally remise, release and forever discharge Aqueous Partners, Inc. dba Liquid Tax and its heirs, shareholders, successors, assigns, beneficiaries, legal representatives, officers, employees, agents and advisors (collectively, "Liquid Tax") of and from any and all actions and/or claims whatsoever, both in law and at equity, known or unknown, that the undersigned has as of the date hereof or may have hereafter relating to my application for and anticipated receipt of a 2007 refund anticipation loan and/or advance, and, including, without limitation, the use of all information provided by me or a third party to Liquid Tax in connection with said 2007 refund anticipation loan and/or advance as well as the complete tax return.
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand all the terms and conditions of this document and agree that this release will have the effect of fully and completely releasing, discharging, waiving, and forever relinquishing any and all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, causes of action, costs or expense of any nature whatsoever that I may have or have had, weather past, present, or future, weather known or unknown, and weather anticipated or unanticipated by me, arising out of my application for and anticipated receipt of a 2007 refund anticipation loan and/or advance as well as the complete tax return.
Further, I understand and agree that if any portion of this release is held to be illegal, unenforceable or in conflict with the law of the state in which I live by any court of competent jurisdiction, then the remaining portions of this release shall not be affected.
